Nikki has a diverse real estate sales and marketing background, with an entry into real estate dating back to 2009 into a franchise group then moving onto an agent associate role within one of the most well-known and respected agencies on the Gold Coast between 2012-2017.

Her range of duties was extensive and covered many facets of the business, completely mapping out and supporting the client journey, from listing, sales, marketing, admin, concierge services, and more. Nikki is unassuming, and her work is excellent, consistently.

She started her own business in 2017 as a professional photographer, offering all aspects of property imagery from photography stills to 3d Matterport tours and servicing some of the largest Real Estate Agencies on the Gold Coast (both residential and commercial) ie Kollosche, Harcourts, CBRE, Colliers, Lucy Cole, First National, Ray White, and LJ Hooker. Nikki now solely works for Smyth Real Estate.

Nikki has a genuine passion for both photography and property, she has great attention to detail, is people-focused, and a very results-driven professional. Nikki’s role in her capacity as General Manager is to oversee the business in an ever-evolving search for improving efficiency, policing administration, guiding marketing and operations to achieve outstanding outcomes, and assisting clients in providing actionable steps in achieving exceptional service standards.
